“Great liquor store with good pricing. As with many businesses post-COVID, they had struggled to staff as prior to COVID. They had the same people for a long time. And you were able to build relationships with them. You still get quality service and excellent pricing. Just never know who you're going to get.”

“I had such a great experience with the wine expert Greg at Total Wine truly a standout in customer service. I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure of what I was looking for, and within minutes, they had narrowed things down based on my taste preferences, food pairings, and budget.
They were super knowledgeable, passionate about wine, and genuinely excited to help. I learned more in 10 minutes of conversation than I have in years of browsing wine on my own. The recommendations were spot-on, and every bottle I’ve tried has been fantastic.
It’s rare these days to find someone who’s both friendly and an actual expert. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for them again.”

The gentlemen working when we visited quickly figured out we knew our way around the wines better than the local beer selection, and he gave us space to make our own decisions about the former and the guidance we needed on the latter. I anticipate that Vinifera is going to get 100% of our business whenever we’re in the Plymouth vicinity.”

“I visited this store to look for De Soi non alcoholic adaptogen sparkling beverage. Total Wine has a large section for non alcoholic beverages. I found what I was looking for on the bottom shelf after some searching. In general I found it very hard to evaluate other options. There were so many and the ingredients are listed in tiny print on the backs of cans or bottles. It would really help to have guidance of some sort on the various offerings. This category of beverages exploding right now and there are tons of options. Super confusing as many include funky sugar alcohols or cane sugar and other undesirable ingredients”

“Had the most amazing visit today. 11/22 about 2pm. Store was extremely busy but the workers were attentive and helpful. A manager named Troy was walking the line of people waiting for checkout and talking with us to let us know the line would move quickly. He was right! Was smooth as silk. Loved his fun Christmas shirt too.”
“Great experience except for one very frustrating problem.
We LOVE certain items in their buffet, but they are items that get rotated. For example, they have cod, but some days they have salmon or no fish. It's too far to drive if they aren't serving what I want that day, and the frustrating part is you can't simply look up what they have that day, you have to call the store. Then the employee has to walk out to the buffet, write down what they have, and come back to the phone to tell us. This is awkward and uncomfortable. Usually this store's service is usually first-rate--if only they could get the daily buffet's features onto the web site, it would be impeccable.”

“Little more in cost than L&B, but the location was convenient. We picked out some tasty items not in the Deli Department (like I thought we would), but in the sushi/rolls area. It was very nice to have everything right there: chopsticks/extra soy sauce/selection of different rolls. Michael at the register was a rock star-finding and adding a rubber band to our packaging (since the packaging probably would have popped open). We enjoyed our alfresco lunch in the park, thanks to Kowalski's (and Michael).”
“Very convenient local store, but of course they upcharge on some stuff for that. They have 2 cute birds as permanent residents, and sometimes they have kittens for adoption, just roaming around the store, SUPER cute! It's pretty small, so easy to find what you're looking for as long as it's in their limited selection. I'm not sure what the last guy was talking about, but I've never had a bad experience with the staff. The best one is an older lady, who's ALWAYS happy, and willing to talk. (She loves animals btw, easy conversation right there.)”
