Our mail guy's PDAR (package delivery accuracy rate) is concerning.
Seems like it's time to roll the mailbots off the assembly line.

Ryan went out of his way to personally find a package that was delivered to the wrong address ( mistakes happen) I certainly didn't expect him to personally go check mailboxes near the scanned location then hand deliver it back to me at my job- GREAT customer service. 5 stars!

I have been in the AZ area for about 10 weeks, & I'm grateful & happy, that the folks there, several times, made sure I received mail that was snafud by a couple vendors.
