Won’t answer their phone. Left a bag at store and I wanted them to hold it until next day but they wouldn’t answer!!!!!

I’m a regular customer that comes to longville dollar general n never had a problem with any workers tell the “manager” has been making bold statements like “you just look like u steal” n other words under her breath while stocking coming right in the aisles where I am every time she is on her shift n listening to my conversations she’ll sit in the aisle next to us and try and listen through it, fiddling with boxes acting like she’s doing her job. This is not how u should treat customers based on how there color of there skin or clothes there wearing , getting followed around store and getting told that I shouldn’t be stealing is harassment mind u THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ENCOUNTER! She has said something to me while walking by and only looking for a glimpse she’ll walk back and tell us everytime “if your stealing you can just leave” or “if your putting stuff in your pockets your not gonna be allowed back at this store” things along the lines of “us stealing” if you go to this store frequently you probably get followed around without noticing by the “manager”.

The Longville store is never open! It doesn’t even deserve a one star review. I am sure I am not the only one that is getting angry. They should just shut it down permanently! One unhappy customer here!

Store hours on Google are wrong, they have a hand written sign on the door that isn't even right. Completely closed on a day they should have been open. Very sad, could have used a few things!
