I do not like the support services. It would also be nice to know that staff gets to take an extended vacation and zero of the bevcomm places are opened for calls. I usually pay my bill by phone and my internet has been off for at least 5 days now. How am I suppose to pay my bill and get my internet turned back on at this point if I cannot contact ANYONE?

I HAVE TO SAY WE LOVE DEALING WITH BEVCOMM EMPLOYEES! I JUST DEALT WITH GERALYN WHO IS ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT AS I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH ANY OF THE TECH LINGO BUT SHE MAKES IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

For being a small town ISP, their internet speeds are amazing. I don't think I've ever had an outage in the 4 years I've been with them (other than power outages that affected the rest of the town). Service is reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly.
