Was picking up an ZHP M-Tech II rear bumper which was on a clearance sale for an amazing price that I could not beat, Brian admitted that it probably shouldn’t have been on the clearance but he honored it as he put it on the ad which I found very honorable and respectable, even helped load it up into my E46! Not too many genuine businesses like this with people who love what they do and aren’t just money hungry. Will definitely be returning in the future for more parts and to chat more with Brian and his team!”

“Had a mishap with a bobcat/skidsteer and well who wants to spend thousands of dollars on a 14 VW that's primarily used on the farm, when you can drop 275 and get yourself a new door.. I had that thing replaced in under an hour ( all by myself) ... smooth as can be!!”
“Parking in underground garages is hard, especially when it's dark and you're in your 90s! My mom had swung too wide and did in her front bumper. We took the car to Charlies Auto Body and we're really glad we did! He did a fantastic job on the bumper, pulled out a dent in the front quarter panel that had been there for about a decade, and generally spruced up the car. It looked beautiful! And when we went to sell it, we were able to get top dollar for it. Charlie took care of my mom, going over and above.”

“We had a little bit of snow today and long story short—my commute home from Howard Lake closer to the cities started with one of my wipers breaking. I planned to get in, get out, install in the snow, and be on my way home. While one staff looked up my wiper sizes/rang up my order, David was outside installing them for me. I know it’s just wipers, but that was really sweet. It’s service that deserves a shout out! Thank you David.”

“I get oil changes here and I got my windshield wipers replaced the other day. At first I had a bad experience because the windshield wipers streaked. I got upset about it because I could barely see out of the window. I came there and we figured out that the plastic you have to take off before use was still on them. I felt bad and the guy even gave me windshield blades for my trouble. I think these people are actually pretty nice so I wanted to write a positive review.”
