“This bank takes care of its customers! Five years ago, I visited to have two savings bonds cashed out. The teller I worked with was astute enough to provide me with a photo copy of the bonds just in case they got lost along the way, which unfortunately did happen.Five years later, and almost five years after I stopped banking here, the staff spent time helping me track down these lost bonds and, when they couldn't turn up anything, provided me with the correct phone number to call at the treasury department. Everyone was just as helpful as when I was still a customer of theirs.Life circumstances have compelled me to bank elsewhere, but if you are looking for a bank that cares about its customers, this is 100% where you should put your money.”

“This is another one of those special "Wayzata ATM's." Unfortunately, the method used to collect your treasure is more elaborate and actually frowned upon by staff. I'll just say it involved the same sequence as the other Wayzata ATM's...but followed up with some approximate heat and a little love tap. For fun, here's that sequence. With either empty hand, locate the middle middle of the frint panel under the front keyboard. With your hand flat on that area, start rubbing in slow circles for at least 5 minutes. Going fast will not help build the needed heat. Rub as fast as you would when washing a window or when you sweep your pet tiger's hair out of your panic room installation. Yes, this is the embarrassing part. After 5 minutes or so, stop rubbing and give a flick to the center of the same area with your index finger. Repeat flicking if needed. You should hear gears quietly turning and then... either $300 or $400 will be released like any other conventional withdraw. (Depending on the transaction limit set.) I'm told it still works...if you don't mind looking bent. This is probably why it's still active for the people of Wayzata.”
“I phoned MNLB late p.m. asking if there was ample time to rectify an ATM/Debit Card issue. Brittany eased my concern, conveying the Bank was open for another hour and took immediate ownership of my call.Brittany provided exceptional service with her upbeat/can-do attitude, making me feel like I was her only client. It wasn’t until the very end I discovered she was leaving very shortly to enjoy the beautiful 2023 summer day, being more interested in how I spent this lovely day. “I got delayed in traffic and pulled into the drive through at BankWest in Rockford at 6:03, and the closed signs were lit up on the canopy, so I just passed through. The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”

“I love US Bank! I got my debit card at this location and the banker was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and settled me into the US Bank app. He taught me how to get help through the US Bank app, and he gave us his card in case we had any future issues. It was very reliable and quick service and I appreciate the help that I received.”
“We were thrilled to have a local Chase branch open so near our home in Excelsior. Team is very welcoming when you walk in. ATMs are convenient. Chase is one of, if not the, largest bank in the US. When we moved to the twin cities three years ago we were shocked to not have one here. So glad that this is changed! We use services for investment and regular checking. Online website, mobile app, and counter service is solid!”

Most employees know us by name and make us feel like valued customers. I notice that this is commonplace there as they seem to know most people walking into the lobby as well as at the driveup. “The absolute sweetest people work here. I work at a restaurant so I have to deal with a lot of beaten up bills to deposit, The machine does not always like to take them. I am pretty sure the lady i worked with was named Louise but she was the sweetest and helped hand count my money for me. The manager came out and helped us as well I can't remembered name but she was great. Wonderful experience would recommend this bank”
