DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!! He refused to give my down payment back after trying to sell me a lemon that I had for only 3 days, which sat for 2 of those because the battery was trash! I literally have to take these people to small claims court!!

Wish there were ZERO stars cuz that is exactly what someone like a scammer and crook like Eric deserves!!! Steer Clear from Crown Eagle Auto read the reviews if he hasn’t deleted them and head on over to BBB reviews they all speak for themselves!! If you set up auto payments like he makes you be aware that when the contract is done and vehicle is paid in full he will still continue to pull money from your acct and when informed will ignore calls as he’s so unprofessional then will eventually text playing stupid and become an absolute jerk with name calling, threats etc as soon as you send proof!!!Bahaha nice response lie after lie big man behind a computer!!! NO late payments NO fees owed and you can’t even get your numbers straight your back pedaling so bad with all the horrible reviews on here and BBB from SEVERAL customers!!!!

Stay away at all cost!!To your rsponse!!!Pay bills???Repos???Bad credit???Next car???I am an 18 year old college student currently with NO bills, NEVER have owned a car for a repo, have EXCELLENT credit, and have had the same car I was gifted for graduation as my only vehicle so far as an adult!!!!NOW with that all said I have listened and seen and witnessed ALL your lies, threats, immature name calling, fraud, and absolute disgust as to what is suppose to be a professional salesman to SEVERAL customers over the years including my own parents and can only say that it makes me see very CLEARLY that you are the exact person I never want to be when i grow up!!!! Good luck sleeping at night knowing what you do to others on a daily basis and as we say in our family, we will pray for evil people like you and let God handle the rest!!!!

SCAM dealer. They order a car delivery and to avoid payment they leave negative reviews claiming damages. Never showing what damages were left by transportation company.

OMG I apologize to everybody on here. I too have just became his next victim. I bought a vehicle. It broke down 20 minutes later, and he refuses to give me my down payment back even tho he has possession of the vehicle.If you two have been a victim of Eric, please reach out to the fourth District Hennepin county’s and take him to small claims also reach out to the attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau. Let’s get this man shut down.

The worst experience ever while we hauled a car for this Dealership and never got paid for the job we did. Eric has been promising us an incoming payment for weeks now and never received an actual payment for this car. Very frustrating and unprofessional from this Dealership and will not do any longer business with this place.

Before you pay thousands of dollars I would suggest taking it to a mechanic for a second opinion. Says he will fix everything then you will hear nothing ever again

We bought a car from Eric. Unfortunately he came across as an honest and trustworthy person. Four days after purchasing the car, it broke down. We then found out that our car was a lemon, taken back by the manufacturer. And then resold. We did not know this when we bought it. Eric did nothing to help us to resolve this. We have the paperwork proving this. We know with used cars, anything can happen. But when trying to resolve it with Eric, he wouldn't get back to us for weeks. His only response was, "I've done more for you than I would have for most people. " He literally has done nothing to help us.
