I can't say enough about the service here. It was really frustrating having our primary family vehicle be out of commission after an accident, but I chose this facility as our son works at West Suburban Fire Department down the road and he said they were highly rated.
The level of communication received was stellar - so easy to work with and incredibly friendly as well. A+

They really went above and beyond with service. They always called or emailed when they had updates on my truck. They put a new bumper, tailgate and exhaust on and can’t even tell anything happened. Went to pick it up and they even detailed the interior! Very pleased with their service and highly recommend!!

I recently had bodywork done on my 2019 GMC HD truck. The shop was great to work with, and handled everything from initial quotation to finished repairs seamlessly. The work was high-quality, and was completed on the time schedule promised. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing auto body repairs.

There's not enough room on the page.
I didn't have a collision or major body damage, just some rust that I wanted to have taken care of before it advanced too far.
Aaron and Angie took care of me and my concerns like I was family.
They listened to my needs, presented me with well defined options including estimates for each option and the end result was far better than I could have hoped for.
There was one small issue that turned out to be a minor misinterpretation in communication on my part but they resolved it without hesitation.
Fortunately I have never needed body work before and hope to not to in the future, but if I do I know where I will go and until then will be referring anyone I know or meet who needs body work, minor or major, to Loretto Auto Body.
What a great experience.

Fantastic service and my car looks amazing. They repaired multiple door dings and a damaged bumper on my car, it looks brand new and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend!
