“Had to return an item back to Amazon and they utilize the UPS store as one of their vendors who accept returns. Prompt and professional service which is something a person cannot get at a FedEx office at any Twin Cities location.”
“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”
“I needed to fax important documents, and PostNet easily did so at a lower cost than competitors. Unfortunately, information as to their location is very mixed up both on Yelp, and on Google. Once found however, Alex, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.”

He went above and beyond helping consult on the formatting, cost, and even printing on card stock I provided. Jacob went through extra lengths to ensure I got back the extra paper and the job was printed perfectly! “So, I have to say I have been avoiding the Hamel post office for quite awhile. There was a gentleman that worked there that was just awful. Today I went in there because I didn't want to drive far because I don't live that far from it and the young woman that was working there today was a breath of fresh air. Just very nice and pleasant. I certainly hope she has replaced the other man. It would be different if he was awful every now and then but, no he was just unfriendly and gave such bad vibes everytime I dealt with him. I am giving these 4 stars to that young woman.”

“We had an Amazon package that had said “delivered” and it was no where to be found, I called the Rogers location & told them what had happened and they quickly resolved the issue. Our awesome mail lady walked up to our door today with the missing package and apologized for the delay. We appreciate all of their hard work during the holiday season. These employees don’t get enough credit for all of their deliveries all year round and especially during the busy holiday seasons. Thank you so much for all that you do!”

“It's a small town post office and some wonderful people work there. I'm not sure why there is the plethora of negative reviews on here, but it seems like people feel entitled to free tape and give negative reviews when they don't get it. On the subject of getting the wrong person's mail, it happens with every post office and package delivery service I've ever worked with because of seasonal help or just the fact that people are human and mistakes happen. Once again, the solution is to "adult" and take care of it.Honestly, I feel super bad for the people who work there. They need better lighting that doesn't flicker. If I worked under flickering lights like they do, I would never be able to be as nice as they always have been to me for the past 16 years.”

“I was worried at first that my item would not arrive once it hit this location because of all the bad reviews. But then I thought about how many other thousands of people had packages come through this facility but everything went fine. There would be no need to review it. So that’s why you don’t see too many good reviews. But due to mine leaving this facility in just a few hours unlike other reviews, I’m happy! I was legit scared like almost every other person reading these reviews. I gotta give a 5 star for swiftness and quality service. Sucks for anybody who didn’t have the same experience.”
