About The Mountain Shop at Lutsen Mountains
The Mountain Shop which is located within the historic Scandinavian chalet has been in operation since the early 1950s. The Lutsen Mountains Resort is the largest ski area in the Midwest and both the Mountain Shop and the ski area generate a substantial year-round business. The Mountain Shop carries a large selection of brand name outdoor and base layer ski and snowboard apparel, and accessories. We carry t-shirts, sweatshirts, outdoor apparel, hats, stickers, magnets, patches, glassware and gifts with our Lutsen Logo. We are also proud to support our local artists by carrying a small collection by each artist and making it available to you for purchase through our shop.

Although I’m sure this shop is very nice, the owner is not. Mask mandates were lifted a while ago, and her tone regarding masks when we entered was completely rude and uncalled for. Not to mention the note she put on her door regarding the masks, it wasn’t professional in the least.

Can't wait until this shop goes out of business. Doesn't deserve 1 customer. Rude nasty worker.
