“Family-owned for generations and fantastic! We called from I-90 coming from Badlands, SD on our way home to Pennsylvania. We were pulling a travel trailer and our F-150 truck was in distress. We made a single phone call; they told us to come their way -within 15 minutes, we were pulling into their service bay and diagnosed immediately with spark plug issues! What a relief! Their diagnostic team was on point! They could not do enough for us. Herman Motor company is so professional, competent, and kind. While there, we noted how clean and comfortable the dealership is. This place is TOP NOTCH. They cleaned our windshield & worked in an oil change for us too. I can not say enough good things about this place and this amazing family! They fixed everything, and we were on the road again in two hours. So quick! They are the best!”
“I have never seen a business so compassionate and caring we were 210 miles from home with a newly boughten truck I googled options in Luverne and randomly picked them, Jeff answered said sure we can get you in help you figure out what’s going on. It was the day before the 4th of July. An employee immediately jumped in the truck to “feel” what was going on in the meantime the mechanic came out and chatted with me and to see our dog before we knew it we were back on the road! The service we received was top notch highly recommend we were so grateful for all of them!”
