Kristin goes above and beyond for her customers. Most recently, when they didn’t have the case in store she called me as soon as it came in. She’s always helped our family with a smile on her face and a positive, professional attitude. Wonderful working with Kristin at BeMobile!

Went to the Luverne Verizon for the first time ever today and after my experience I will be a returning customer for life! Kristin was AWESOME! Fixed our phone issues that Verizon over the phone could not. She was super patient and kind, going above and beyond to resolve the problems we were having. Can’t say enough good things about this store and her as an employee. I was so relieved to have this taken care of after all the hassle that I gave her a big hug on my way out the door. Don’t bother going to any other store - after being a Verizon customer for 15 years, this is the best experience I’ve ever had with them…hands down!

We worked with Cameron today. He was helpful, caring, kind and patient. He answered any questions we had. We didn't feel rushed or like we were a bother even though they were very busy. We will be back and definitely request Cameron to be the representative we work with! We didn't really have e much dealing with the other representative working but he was still pleasant towards us and seemed to do a great job helping his customers as well.

I had a dumpster fire of an act issue,and thanks to Kristen she ever so patiently dug and dug into the issue and was able to find the problem and fixed it. I am ever so thankful to her!! It's one of the reasons I have been w verizon for over 23 yrs

Travis did a great job definitely would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond his job to access my issues and setting up my extra line on my account even tho we ran into technical issues personal issues on his end he was able to go above and beyond his job access the situation in getting the job done in a timely manner.
