Was impressed with the lovely young woman who was working there. Denise was her name, I believe. I heard that she got breast cancer and was fired because she had to miss work for surgery and chemo.

Literally never open! 4 hours during the day when people are at work 10:45-2:45 doesn't cut it! Get it together and be open when people can actually stop in!
