“This is the only official UPS in Mankato. I have not had a bad experience. Only the occasional long line but I feel that is not this UPS' fault. Most people are not properly prepared to send their items. Be prepared to properly send your items”
“I’ve come here for many years & like this quaint little Postal Office. The service has always been good & fairly fast. They have a nice selection of various cards, large envelopes, bubble wrap, etc… for sale in the lobby as well.”

“I had a package that was delivered to my old address. I went up there and told them about my situation. They offered to drive over to the mailbox to see if it was in there. I’m so happy they were able to retrieve my package and they were so nice about everything. Very nice people!”
