There is a young girl that works there and she was yelling at my son when he was trying to explain which pump he was at cause there truck was blocking the window. This isn't the first time she has raised her voice at customers and the new manager was standing there when this happened and did nothing to correct her employee. I find that unprofessional and disrespectful. Truck day is busy but when there are 4 people there it shouldn't give u rights to be rude or raise your voice at customers. My son still used his manners even though she didn't deserve his politeness.

People are very unprofessional and lack motivation. It's not a clean gas station and it seems like the quality is low. Not impressed.

I just called the caseys in Madison MN and was told that the kitchen closes in 15 minutes so they 'probably wouldnt have time to make them.' If your kitchen closes in 15 minutes why wouldn't you be able to make an order of cheesy tator tots for pick up? They only take like 8 minutes and you're one of the only places anyone around can to get to go food so Being in the service industry i would think you would make food up until close.
