I'm from an area where the Dollar General stores are bad, so when I first visited Madison, I expected that I wouldn't like this store, but instead it changed my mind about what a Dollar General could be. They have most things you'd need in stock, a selection of good brands, some novelty products to make shopping fun, and friendly, helpful service.

Yea went there yesterday n got 8$ worth of food n I usually count up how much it will be before I get to the register. I was charged 10$ when I should have been charged 8$. There wasn't tax on any of my items so no clue why my 5 for 4$ cans got charged individually. ? now you have a sad customer.
