    “I can't tell you how much I appreciated this Pharmacy experience. I know that Pharmacy workers work tirelessly, and have way too much to do. I know we don't have enough of them. With physical challenges, I needed tools to help assist me in the care of my son. The pharmacist visited with me for over a half hour, and when I called to switch my prescription over, the pharmacist remember who I was and asked how my son's situation was going. How amazing is this customer service! This Pharmacy did absolutely everything they could to answer my questions , and do everything they can to help me with my issues I had it my past year. They were about making things the most efficient, safe, and easiest possible way. AMAZING!”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
