“I'm visiting my friend in the woods and we decided we needed a rage beer this Friday the 13th. She never been to this place so we said hey let's give it a try. We wanted to make a great impression to the local community so I backed the car in the parking space so they don't think we are #%*#%s. Well we sat there for a few minutes asking ourselves if we are really going to go inside ? Yes we need that rage beer. Walk we did through two front doors in a row and all these men were sitting at the bar and they turn to look at us so we immediately turn away and go pretend to stand around at a table because we have a problem where we don't know how to act normal. Then I go order the champagne of beers and also 20 pill tabs. Awesome. Well we thought we might win big but actually we just won $4 but I wanted to tip the bar tender. So I brought our pull tab earnings to the bar and said you can just cash in those $4 to yourself sir. He gave me a strange look and chuckled and I wasn't sure if he was happy or if he was also having a rage day ? But he said ok...? Do you want another beer? But unfortunately we had other places to rage today so we just had the one each. I noticed someone had a table reserved for 6:15 so maybe this place itself turns into a rage vibe on a Friday night. Not sure because all this was at like 3:30pm. Anyway thanks Ron. Enjoyed my beer and my winnings”

“The NEW Barnum Municipal Bar is newly renovated, has lots of room, 2 huge tvs, an atm, goodies to order, even Twisted Tea on tap with about 9 other beers! They have meat raffles, there are plenty of pull-tabs for those of who that like to stack piles of paper! Lol, a music venue where you can play up to date music...off sale is right next door! It's so modern, high ceilings! The last time I was there there was a family having a retirement party there. It's spacious! Lots of snowmobilers stopping for a break, kid friendly...there may be an age limit like every bar concerning kids being in a bar with or without their parents???? Yet, I can see folks going in there with their kids during the day for some dummies and chicken strips and fries. Other menu items are fish, buffalo chicken balls, wings, tater tots and much more. No burgers though. Just finger food. One thing to remember about the Barnum Muni is Spring Fever Days! The second weekend in June is this particular celebration in Barnum. It is this weekend that the Barnum Muni usually hosts a band and has a beer garden! Great fun!”

“Rented a wood splitter for the day. The guys in the morning got me loaded up and helped me ratchet strap it up and I was on my way in no time. Same for the afternoon when dropping off. Very friendly and would recommend!”
