Toby was very good at setting up a storage locker and the process is very simple. Very good pricing too, and very close to most things in Mankato. Will definitely use this place again if I need to!

Rented from A-1 for 3 years. Great experience, replies same day to questions, concerns, and replaced the door seal quickly within 24 hours. Overall great experience and if a need a unit in the future I would rent from A-1 again.

The owner is always available when needed and will easy to talk with about concerns and Bill issues.
I haven't looked around to compare pricing, but in my opinion it's a little high but with the area that it's in it's very convenient for where I live.
Wide passageways to allow multiple vehicles through And you never worry about clogging up the road.

Terrible customer service. Charged me for a month after I took all my stuff out of the unit. They also never gave me my security deposit back after I gave them the 30 day notice of me moving out. $180 the have robbed me out of. I would love to try to fix the situation but they never answer the phone or emails. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. Absolutely brutal place their is much better storage units elsewhere in Mankato.

Customer service is terrible. No return calls or emails were sent to me - sent in several requests for availability. No response. It's not the same as when Rita was running it. She would return all calls and was very professional. It should receive -0-stars for service. Very disappointed.
