“Started off as a great experience, i soon learned how unorganized and unprofessional this place is. There have been multiple instances of random charges being added to my bill that were eventually taken off and determined as error on their end with no sympathy or apologies. It’s hard to communicate when every issue is pushed onto the renter with them denying any responsibility. The parking lots are never plowed and rarely taken care of. I didn’t have heat in sub zero temps for over a week with no resolution. I highly recommend never moving here.”
