“Excellent services, they contract with my plumbers so it's much easier to buy through them. I didn't want to buy sink and faucet online, not knowing the exact installation information. I didn't want to go to a big box store and worry that it could be scratched, and I couldn't open it in the store, I wouldn't be strong enough. Plus Connors Plumbing out of Waseca gets a discount, bc I'm on the service plan, it is really worth it. I get a 15 percent discount from Connors as well. It's about 15 bucks a month and there are so many different benefits, no service charge ro come out, yearly check on a/c and furnace.”

“We bought all of the appliances for our new home at Quality and they were great! We had one issue with the cooktop having a very small scratch which we didn't notice until after we moved in which was a few weeks after appliances were installed but they ordered us a new one and came right out and replaced it. We're very pleased with the service from Jim and Hubs.”
