I just got a call saying my daughter's appointment was canceled for tomorrow because I didn't have the time, over the past 2 days, to confirm with them that we would be there. I am a nurse who works 12 hour dayshift at 1 job and some nights at another job. I'm sorry that for the past 2 days I was unable to answer your calls and when I tried to call you back, on my very short lunch break yesterday, I couldn't get through. With my work schedule it takes me months to schedule appointments and now my daughter won't get her filling for who knows how many months, before I can schedule with another dentist office. Very poor customer care and I will never return.I also already paid a $60 deposit for this appointment that I fully intended on going to. I'm sure they're going to make it a nightmare to get my deposit back.

Everyone was very kind. They created a plan with very affordable options and no pressure. It was probably one of the best dental experiences I have had.

Wait for appt. was not long and staff very friendly, but when staff sends a reminder message of your appt , the message could be much slower because the phone no was very hard to catch but other than that it was great.

I had to wait a little over my appointment time but it was well worth the wait. Every technician, X-ray reader, consultant and the dentist, Dr. Islam was courteous and went out of their way to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Then the payment plan consultant was amazing even she was shocked when she added everything up and applied my insurance, my $4200 bill became $235. Awesome team!!!

The dental staff were very nice; however, billing is a nightmare. Their insurance estimates were off by a thousand dollars and when I tried to reach out I would get different answers every time and they would tell me one thing and the next time I called (because they were not calling me) I would find out they did not do what they told me. Communication here is terrible, it took over a year to get it sorted and I will never go back.

Showed up for my appointment @ 3pm, but was told by the Lady @ Front Desk that they do not have me today, but on 25th April...? App was set up and confirmed by Hygienist. So disappointing, I would like a clarification!

I've had a rough year and haven't been to the dentist in 6 months. Margie was very thorough, kind, and encouraging to get me back on track! Already booked my next appointment!
