I will never buy or have service work done at Harrison Ford ever ever again their service department service Raiders are a bunch of liars took my car back to service one year after I had the water pump replaced and they said that the new water pump was leaking so it costed me $400 in labor to get a new water pump put in then I got a call from the service writer and said he had good news and bad news The good news was the water pump has been installed. The bad news is I still have a leak they found a hose that was leaking replace that hose and the total bill was $600 and a new water pump that I didn't need when confronting the service writer he said that the water pump is bad and I told him that the service tech you the service writer and myself all know that there was nothing wrong with that pump. They still screwed me over. Screw Harrison Ford they can just March the fuck out of town!!

I give one star, only because I cant give less. I bought a Cadillac escalade. My problem I bought it in the daytime. As I drove home, approximately 11 hours away, as night fell, I realized that my right headlight was out. Was that part of that 72 point inspection? Things happen, I called the next day and explained what happened, I was sent to the managers voicemail. Each time I called again, sent directly to his voicemail. He was so helpful during the sale, total a** after the sale. Buyer Beware! It cost me $1200 to replace that headlight! That Hurt.

Avoid this place at all costs. I have emails of them promising one thing, and then after they had my money I have other emails showing the exact opposite thing from what they promised before I purchased. Total bait and switch.
