I went in to scan my car and they told me it’s no big deal it’s just a part so I was driving the car just fine and came back months later to get that part and someone who works there starts working on my car and pretty much messed it all up and it wasn’t even drivable to get back home and they said we’re about to close take it to a mechanic after they started acting like a mechanic and didn’t know anything. Please don’t let them work on your car. Not to mention I came in with my lights new and good after 5 hours of them messing with my car the signal lights on the left went off and they started asking when was the last time I replaced it!! It was a month ago they’re new lights!

Jake went above and beyond to help me get a new battery after the warrenty information was entered incorrectly. Then replaced my battery in the cold without a single complaint! I will absolutely be coming back and requesting his help with any furniture projects. Amazing customer service and saved me $290.00!

I went there on Saturday morning to purchase new wiper blades because I had to drive to Eau Claire and rain was in the forecast for the day. Stacy helped me pick out the right wipers for my car and she even installed them for me! She was very knowledgeable about the products and very experienced at installing them! I really enjoyed our conversation while she was taking care of me! I will definitely be back when I need something else because of her! Thank you, Stacy!!

As a female, the "old wives tale" of being treated differently and viewed objectively when dealing with cars or auto parts stores has always rang true. Went to a big box store first and was so disappointed in the service (not the offered product) I left. AutoZone was next on my list and it should have been first. Ramsses has been so great! He greeted me respectfully as soon as I walked in the door. I told him very little about my issue and he had a suggested resolution in seconds! He was quick, efficient and thorough with my. Heck out and so friendly while changing my battery. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He's definitely earned my trust and my loyalty by being his authentic self. Never wanna have to fix my car, but if I do I know where I'll go! Product quality outside of Ramsses: TBD.

The employees can’t update their system so the stuff you need shows in stock but it’s actually stolen and not even there waste of an hour trip, tried calling to verify before was left on hold

My headlight went out the other night so I went in to buy a new one. The store manager, I believe his name was Ralph, helped me find what bulb I needed, find the best deal, and on top of that changed it out for me after I bought it. I really appreciated it, he was very helpful and kind, you can really tell he knows what he is doing and cares for his customers! Will come again!
