“I have had a relatively decent experience with Pioneer bank. I will say their app needs work, many times it has not worked or has had application errors where I just can’t log in, and yes I have double checked my login credentials. It’s just glitchy and I think has potential to preform a lot better but I do understand this is a smaller branch as well. My transactions seem to pend for quite some time, takes a while to transfer money into my other own account electronically. I bank mainly online, so this is a slight inconvenience. Again, smaller bank. I do like the benefits of the accounts as I get money back for using my debit card and foreign atm fees. So it does “pay” literally to have my account with them. Staff when I go in are always friendly to me or when I talk to them on the phone. Overall has been good.”
