I just have to point out that one of the employees went above and beyond for my grandmother and I! she speaks no english and he immediately took note and helped us in both english and spanish! he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and deals! I believe his name is Juan Garcia! Dark hair and fair skin! look for him next time you shop here!! will shop again and again

Charged me for an order I didn't pick up but couldn't refund my card. Store manager hung up on me when I asked for customer service number. When I finally found customer service # on my own, I had them remove me from mail & email lists. Will NEVER set foot in another BBW!

Great selection of body care products for anyone! We really enjoy their candles and foaming hand soap. Nice that they have a good selection for every season. They also typically have good sales on items here and there.

Great Store, based on my interactions with employees there, they feel forced into upselling their products/rewards program. One tried to force me to join their text reminders program at check out without giving me the ability to opt out, another was REALLY persistent on upselling me this perfume. Really sketchy business practices (or at least at this store) if you ask me, hopefully the employees are okay...
