Kevin came to the rescue with a battery jump that they don't normally perform. Luckily I was close to the shop. We got it started then went and purchased a new battery from Thad. Installation went very smooth.

So I called the Mankato store to see if they had my batteries I wanted, they said they are in stock. I drove into Mankato and 1st they could not find my order, then found it but was short a battery (I ordered 4)
So I was helped with the manager very nice guy and so helpful and knowledgeable. He got everything straight and I went home a happy customer ! 3 days later I received a phone call from a guy from batteries plus saying my order was in. I explained to him I picked up the batteries last weekend and he which I felt thought I was lying. He still has this order and why is this open yet . I kept telling him I allready picked them up with the manager. He finally was satisfied and ended phone call. He calls back again ! And now I'm upset 😡 he said I needed to pay for the batteries . I said why would I leave the store without paying for them ! He said it shows they have not been paid for. After arguing with him I think he found I did pay for them.
I doubt I would go back or recommend this store unless u speak to manager.

These guys did a great job. Walked in expecting the spend $130 to replace my IPhone charging port. They cleaned the port and I ended up not needing the new port. I tried to clean it myself and had another repair location try with no success. So thank you Batteries Plus, highly recommend them!

The customer service at the Mankato store was excellent. I had a bulb that only lasted 2 days. They replaced it with no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Had exact battery I needed and convenient order online, pick-up in store with email notification when ready. Clerk helpful and friendly. He carried the battery to my car and retrieved the old one. Yay!

So grateful for their two year warranty! Mankato winters + no garage makes for a rough life as my car’s battery. The customer service reps were great at helping me get a new battery when I needed one. Easy in and out. Would recommend.
