I had a Helix piercing done by Brandon and he did a great job! He set me at ease by telling me what was happening as well as educating me about the piercing I was getting and piercings in general. A very passionate artist who I would definitely trust to do another. The price was also reasonable.

I had an amazing experience getting my jewelry changed with Brandon! He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing safe piercings and helping people. I would 100% recommend them! I also compared prices with other places in the area, and this was by far the best deal at just $10 for the jewelry change. Overall, a fantastic experience!

They were really rude to me and my little brother the lady with blond hair was talking to us aggressive when we asked about apprentice jobs and we just walked out ill tell my friends and family not to come here

I has Karl do my artwork yesterday. Not only did he make the experience just absolutely amazing, my memory piece for my mom turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend this establishment! Thank you Karl and mecca tattoo for doing such an piece of art!

I wish that I had better things to say about my experience here. I had an eyebrow piercing that I got done here over a year ago. I just had to make the hard decision to remove it.
It NEVER healed properly. It didn't evenly line up and go straight through, so the piercing wiggled around inside my skin instead of coming out on the other side.
I have a multitude of face and ear piercings. None of them have ever struggled this much. I know how to take care of them. My roommate had a similar complaint. Their second lobes are crooked and don't sit quite right.
Maybe that's on us for not double-checking placement and confirming piercing gauge size (it was pierced at a different size from my other eyebrow).
It's still sad. I got another piercing done here and it healed great! It's just really, really frustrating to see something I spent money on go to waste.

10/10 experience. My son and I went to get our ears pierced and Brandon was exceptional. He talked in detail about the process and checked for understanding. He was so down to earth and kind. All the staff at Cactus were amazing!!
