I recommend Callibet Collision without any hesitation. The staff’s interpersonal skills are first rate. The estimate provided was accurate, and the timeframe in which the car was delivered,after repairs, was earlier than anticipated. The repair work on my car, which was significant, is flawless. They even detailed the inside of the car before returning it to me. I was more than pleased.

Caliber Collision and Angie far exceeded my expectations. The repair was flawless but the customer service was even better!
The car was ready a day earlier than promised. Angie was always at the lobby instantly when I arrived. The car was sparkling clean and they had cleaned the interior! Wow. Completely unexpected.

waited until the night before I could pickup my car to tell me it would be another week. Called to confirm the night before the new pickup date and they called back to say they had missed something and would need to order another part. Final cost was $3k more than the estimate and they never said a word about it until I was looking at the itemized bill.

They have been a fantastic shop to work with. We've had two accidents in the last year and a half. My husband was hit broadside while driving down the highway and a deer crashed into the side of me. Caliber was fairly new to the area but they were in network with our insurance and we hadn't had good luck with other shops in the area so we decided to give them our business. I couldn't be happier with our choice. They walked us through every step, kept us up to date on our vehicles, were happy to help answer any questions we had and the repairs were done right. Not only do our vehicles look like they did before the accident but they even detailed them for us inside and out! They truly helped make a horrible and stressful situation easy and we couldn't thank them enough. Caliber will 100% be our choice anytime something happens.

When I took my car in for repairs Angie gave me a tour of the place and introduced me to everyone and told me step by step the process they were doing to repair my car. Angie stayed in contact with me through the whole process and was very kind. Caliber has the state of the art equipment. My insurance company also recommended Caliber and was happy I got an estimate from them. I am very very satisfied with the work done on my car and the detailing on the inside. Everyone was very friendly and great to work with and I will recommend them to everyone.

I was in a side swipe accident, I was given the option between snell or caliber collision, I will say … I do not regret picking caliber collision. My car was in the shop for about a week. The paper work was easy and quick. They have snack and drinks in the waiting room. It’s a clean location, the gentleman who check me in was very informative and polite. Through out the process, Angi would stay in contact with me and kept me updated every step of the way, she responded in a timely manner. Over all Angi was helpful and easy to work. In the end, I’m happy the results and their service. They cleaned and detailed my car before handing it back to me, which is a plus. The entire process was easy with no fuss , I would recommend to anyone !

Caliber did an amazing job repairing our car after it was in a hit and run. Honestly, the whole experience (of dealing with something that wasn’t our fault) was disappointing considering how much work we put into it but Caliber and the team made up for the struggle. Thanks Jason and everyone else at Caliber.

This specific location in Mankato excelled at every step of the customer experience: from the first call, gathering details of the accident, and estimating the damage to providing high-quality repair services. I was amazed by Angi’s professionalism and expertise; she made my experience with the collision shop as smooth as possible and made me feel I could completely trust the team’s caliber. Everyone did an amazing job—the receptionist, advisor, mechanic, and detailing staff. 10/10.

Caliber did a great job handling our car! We had some damage due to a tree branch falling on our vehicle. It was a smooth process working with Caliber and they completed the job in a timely fashion while keeping us updated along the way. I would certainly use their services again if needed.
