I wish I could leave zero stars.\\nNever enough people to help. Have a prescription that I have been waiting for two months. Walk in and ask about it and they say they have to order it. But guess what it was there. I called and called about my prescription and was told I’m on the waiting list. I wish I didn’t have to use cvs. Really dislike cvs.

My husband had surgery today. The clinic called in his prescription to CVS and the promised fill time was 3:06pm, according to the pharmacy. We had a long drive and he was in excruciating pain. We arrived to CVS on Madison Ave. in Mankato at around 6:20 pm. We were met at the pharmacy window by a very unpleasant woman. She told us that the prescription was not ready and would not be for another 30 minutes. I asked when the prescription was received in the pharmacy and she snapped back that she did not know but that is wasn't ready. I said I'd wait. Rather than just asking me to pull aside, she told me to leave and come back. I just thought it was rude. I had a 45 year old man literally in tears, needing to take his pain killer and go home. Instead, we were faced with an additional wait and an incredibly unprofessional customer service experience. Just so disappointing. If a prescription is promised at a specific time, it should be ready. And if it isn't, every effort should be made to provide the patient with the best service possible. This was our very first CVS experience and it will be our last.

Understaff, screwed up my prescriptions twice. We are human but get more people to help out then maybe there wouldn't be any screw ups.

The best pharmacy in Mankato, usual turn around time is 15-20 minutes. And they love to hand out treats if you have your fur baby along in the drive through.
