Recently switched from Cub pharmacy due to cheaper prices. You get what you pay for. 1st time I picked up a prescription, it took 40 minutes and and 3 back-and-forths from the pickup and drop-off counter. The 2nd time, it took 1 phone call, 2 drive through visits, and 2 in-person visits with 2 back-and-forths between counters (I'm currently sitting here waiting, so hopefully I'll actually be able to get it once they call me up). So incredibly frustrating!!!

Virtually impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone. Voicemails go unanswered. Drive-through is garbage. Many better options in town!

Everytime I call the pharmacy. Nobody answers anymore. It goes straight to voicemail. I left several voicemails n no call back. I'm done with this pharmacy. Complete bs.

The pharmacists are rude and seemingly don't care about anyone. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go to this place at all. I do NOT suggest CVS as a pharmacy for anyone until they make some major changes.

They used to be so good!! Now they won't start to fill prescriptions unless you physically go there first (and you can't call ahead), and then they make you wait 20-60 minutes minimum. They've had our son's med order since 10 a.m., and 11 hours later, it is STILL NOT READY!! Now, they are saying that they might have it done before closing in an hour. INSANE! Their staff, at times, are incompetent as well. Some are good, but ALL are painfully slow due to their ridiculous policies!

Hopefully you don’t ever need to actually speak with someone there. It won’t happen. You will wait on hold for an eternity rather than get to speak with anyone. Horrible customer experience

Waited on phone for over an hour to speak with pharmacist finally hung up then tried calling the store and spoke with staff and said that pharmacy was backed up and before I could ask him if there would be a better time to call he had transferred me. I thought that was very rude !

This pharmacy was previously exceptional. Over the last 6 months they gone drastically down hill. I've spent multiple occasions on hold, for more than an hour way, waiting to talk to someone about a prescription that cannot be refilled via the automated system or app. I was told in the drive through that they could no longer discuss "your profile" with you through the drive through so I needed to either come in or call. I use this pharmacy for the convenience of the drive through. Obviously when you attempt to call you cannot get ahold of anyone. To top it off, they are frequently out of the medications I need. The pharmacy has awful customer service.
