The worst pharmacy ever!! They never answer the phone and it's extremely annoying. There also never helpful either.

Waited on phone for over an hour to speak with pharmacist finally hung up then tried calling the store and spoke with staff and said that pharmacy was backed up and before I could ask him if there would be a better time to call he had transferred me. I thought that was very rude !

This pharmacy was previously exceptional. Over the last 6 months they gone drastically down hill. I've spent multiple occasions on hold, for more than an hour way, waiting to talk to someone about a prescription that cannot be refilled via the automated system or app. I was told in the drive through that they could no longer discuss "your profile" with you through the drive through so I needed to either come in or call. I use this pharmacy for the convenience of the drive through. Obviously when you attempt to call you cannot get ahold of anyone. To top it off, they are frequently out of the medications I need. The pharmacy has awful customer service.

Waited for dang near 50 minutes. I stated I needed two things changed on my account they were quick to help with one of my request but immediately hung up with no follow up questions asking if I needed anything else I clearly stated there was two things I wanted changed that I cannot do in the app. The thing is do your job you are getting paid no matter what if you feel you're getting stretched thin that's on you and your mentality there is no reason you can't attend to customers at the window or on the phone utilizing your time equally to do so you are still getting paid we are the customers giving our time and money we don't need to be subtly disrespected like that it's poor customer service. This is why people go to Walgreens instead as I will do in the future.

Because in my app keep on saying that the medication is still in process and then I tried call you but of course I was on hold for 20 mins. I eventually hang up. Seriously it gets very old. It happens all the time. It never ends

Waited on hold for a total of 3 and a half hours today to speak with Pharmacist. I do not have the option to auto refill or request a refill via the automated phone system or online/via the app as my prescription is a controlled substance (CS).When I finally spoke to someone the first time, he was super hard to hear and understand. I told him this, and he said "call back," then hung up. He was very audible and clear when he said that though... Second time I reached someone (same pharmacy staff, I believe the actual Pharmacist) I asked for him to submit a request to my perscribing provider for my CS prescription. He refused, stating that because my prescription is a CS, there is an issue of some sort on their end that prevents them from requesting from the provider... I have been able to request the request for the past 4 months without issue. If their policies only recently changed, it is really foolish of them to not inform affected customers in any way.Now, this could be an issue on either my clinic's end, or on CVS's end, but my prescription obviously never got filled since I had to jump through monkey hoops to talk to a human today... However, I was *IN PERSON AT THE STORE* 4 days prior to pick up a different prescription. I asked the pharmacy tech to put in a request for my CS prescription at that time, which he did right in front of me. I did not need or expect the prescription to be ready that same day. However, the CVS app has not indicated my perscription has been filled/on-hold/delayed/etc. So either my clinic hasn't approved the request (not CVS's fault), CVS did not send the request correctly or at all, or there's a status update on the request that CVS didn't think was important to update me on--such as medication out of stock, or on hold for some reason.

Pharmacist was amazing! Got my meds after 50 other pharmacies in the state said they couldn’t order it (other pharmacies had the nerve to say it was discontinued when it wasn’t). Don’t know why this place has such a poor rating. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly (but yes be prepared to wait on the phone if you call in. I usually wait 10-15 minutes before someone picks up but when they do they are always polite & helpful). I feel bad no one else has had a good experience :(

On hold for 25 minutes for pharmacy currently. That's after hanging up after 15 minutes prior to this call and calling the main line. Earlier this week I hung up at the 20 minute mark as well.

Horrible service. Rarely if ever answers phone. Prescriptions not done at a reasonable amount of time, often days after called in. Highly advise you do business elsewhere.

Long wait times on phone, most times I have to remind them multiple times to refill my prescription (there was a few times i had to wait 2 weeks-it was in stock)...high turnover rate with staff and lack of knowledge/training with billing insurance (their attitude with me is welp, I tried, you figure it out). Changing to a different pharmacy has been a stress saver

HEART TRANSPLANT medication is important!! THIS particular store (Madison Ave) was awful. No one knows anything about anything and even less about specialty drugs. I wasn’t just frustrated when I got off the phone I was p*ssed. In store staff cut me off while I was asking a question because they felt they already explained it. Not sure I’ve been treated that rudely at a pharmacy before.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! If you call in be prepared to be on hold forever, and then possibly hung up on. Not friendly either, like everyone I spoke to so far is cranky and sharp, no politeness. And they take their lunches like from 1pm-1:30 or some late hr. like that, so don't go then to pickup a prescription or you will have to wait for them to reopen. When calling them you can expect to wait over 10min for them to answer and that is on a good day. So disappointing.

Over it! I wish incould go elsewhere with my insurance. When you call to get a question answered its a rude short hello and basically I dont know! I miss Ken! He was an EXCELLENT Pharmacist leader! Staff are just rude now!

Only sidewalk in 6 blocks not shoveled today. Walgreens is shoveled. I tromped through the snow. The less fortunate that have to walk and not drive are not been regared here. Other businesses stepped up but not CVS ..

Was on the phone over an hour and a half with no answer. Drove 40 minutes one way to get an Rx that a text said was ready but when I got there the temp pharmacist from Target refused to fill my medication, even after insurance approved and a written order by my doctor. Will never go there again after being a customer over 10 years.
