Somebody gifted us travelers a chunk of concrete on highway 60 west of St James the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It destroyed my right front caddy tire & wheel! Caddy only has the “don’t drive too far or fast” donut spare so limped home on that. Anyway, first thing Friday morning I was on the phone with Terry. He found my replacement wheel and tire then sent me to their service garage where John got everything swapped. Awesome follow up and service. Thank you John and Terry for your help.

Terry was very nice! Needed a new rim for my tire and went to check here in Mankato. Although they didn’t have my specific rim in stock at their location he gave me the address of a place that did! Saved me a lot of time! He was very kind and helpful!

Never knew I was going to have to pull my own parts here..never said on phone. Extra charge for a guy to help me. Part broke when it was put on. Big waste of time and money!
