Employees make the customers feel like are going to steal by not allowing the customers to try on both shoes to ensure they fit comfortably. It's hard to tell if shoes will fit comfortably while standing/walking if you can not have both pairs of shoes on. The employee snatched the box and was not personable or friendly. Also note if they are busy you can't try the display on if it's in your size because it's a display only shoe. Which this is the only shoes store I have ever heard or seen do this.

Banning autistic man because customer felt uncomfortable for him asking simple questions "what kind of phone do you have, do you were glasses, do you have bothers or sister, ect" And they banned him seems un professional and asking for a law suit

The girls are snobby took my grandson to get tennis shoes first time we walked in there was 3 girls at the cashier talking we where just looking my grandson then said let's go check the other shoe stores in mall so we left about 1/2 hr so my grandson goes let's go back so we came back the 3 are still talking and laughing I motion for the girl to come over she continues to talk so not to sound racist but a black girl comes from the back I motion for her to come the girl running the cashier comes out from behind the cashier asked if she could help after having to Waite on her I told ho back finish your conversation that the black girl would help she was awesome and then when I went to pay for shoes I notice there was some kinda of survey the girl who wouldn't help when asked by passed it so I couldn't answer when I said I would like to answer it she said it wasn't important normally I would have made her bring it up but was already mad just wanted to get out of there but when the girls want to talk and visit then Finish Line can pay them I'll get one of there staff who's willing to help but to the one black girl Thank you your awesome

Bought a sweatshirt to wear Christmas day. When I got home, security tag was still on it.I wasn't able to get there before Christmas due to weather, so I decided to return it. When I got there, manager only has $200 in her till...not enough to pay me the $55 I spent. What? Manager says, can you come back later or keep the sweatshirt? Not, can I offer you a discount to keep it, as I told her it's a 100 mile round trip. So I waste time and go back. Now she has the $55. Really!?! Worst customer service ever. Not to worry, I won't be back.

The worst customer service or even customer consideration that I've ever delt with. The phone rings for minutes on end before an automated reply tells you to try again. They have inaccurate hours posted, and even turn you away when the shoes they sell you have a defect around the toe area. I got the shoes three(3) days ago, on Thursday(04/14/2022), and can't return them. $140 down the drain. I will never shop here again, and I'm going to put this horrible experience on all social media platforms. This is just ridiculous. The worst shopping experience I've ever had. They can't even honor their 45-day return policy when all criteria/expectations are met. Just straight up horrible. This is not the first time I've experienced negative outcomes with this company, but it will be the last. I, personally, do NOT recommend shopping here.
