one of the employees was super rude to my brother and other younger kids, apparently telling them they need adults and that they were messy, the same employee seems to always have an attitude anytime i go in. dont recommend

Changed my review after seeing on the app that there was stock of prismatic evolution etbs so I ran up there before open just to be told that they would not sell them to me because they were holding them for another employee... will not be going back or recommending in the future!

Don't expect any sort of customer service when you shop here. Management specifically only sees you as a means to bump their membership numbers, and will cop an attitude with anyone who doesn't want to deal with their five minutes long robo-sales pitch. You are not a valued customer here.

While overly priced like any other specialty store, it's definitely not the worst. My son just wanted a plushy he happened to see and he also seen it at the next door store (HT) and it was literally the exact same plushy, same packaging and all.. $10 whole dollars cheaper at Gamestop. I was quite surprised

Great store for gamers. Everything from PC to Xbox and Playstation to Nintendo switches. Loads of games and headsets. They even small amounts of toys and collectibles
