We purchase a washer and dryer 2 years ago our washer quit working two weeks ago .luckily we purchased a 5 year extension warranty. I went through the process of calling the warranty center which turns out to be Allstate. They sent out the parts separately.
The tech.came out .and spent 5 minutes and told me he wiggle some wires and machine is working he took the un used parts .we got 3 loads done and washer quit working. We have been calling the warranty center every day .it's been two weeks now .I feel like we are getting the run around ..believe me folks I may later go lawer up but not worth the money..you do know the social media can make or break a business..buyers beware do your homework work first .before purchasing large items such as a washer..this happened to us at lowes.also but thought homedepot. I could trust..I also thought I could trust Allstate to do their job better..its so frustrating..

Doors for going out were turned off. Too cheap to keep doors running? Had to push with hands- it was -11 out and metal door frozen to touch. Very unpleasant experience.

Good materials, poor service.
I went in on a quiet Wednesday afternoon to purchase a sheet of plywood and have it cut. I asked at the service desk if someone could help me load and cut plywood, the clerk said 'yes' and I replied that I would be in aisle 21.
After five minutes I called the store directly and was transferred to the lumber department where I repeated the exact request.
After another five minutes I called the store and once again repeated my request, to have the operator hang up, after which I heard a page for assistance to lumber over the loudspeakers.
After five more minutes I started to call again, when a store worker showed up and helped me.
The plywood is good quality, the price is fair, and I'm grateful they cut the sheets for me.

On Home Depots web page it showed the Mankato store had 10 Trex boards we needed in stocks. Drove 45 miles to get them and when we talked to building products personnel they told us they do not stock any Trex. They looked it up and saw it said they had 10 but didn't seem to care. I bet the inventory never got adjusted either. They just didn't care.

Went in to hopefully buy some touchup paint as our cans from 15yrs ago had dried up. Blake in the paint dept helped us -- SUPER friendly, patient and helpful! Got the 3 different colors home he mixed up and they were a perfect match! Thanks Blake and Home Depot!

You always save big money when you shop Home Depot also appliance are much better quality than menards criterion is junk.
