I’m not sure how it is possible to make renting a storage unit difficult but these guys have nailed it!High security deposits, mandatory insurance, increase in rent, and an all over extremely rude staff.We moved 3 units of stuff just to be done with this company.. my advice find another facility.

I rented here for several years. Ok location, but difficult at access from Mankato, uneven gravel parking lot, difficult owner, and frequent rate increases. But there are always lockers available, and it is near Mankato.

Great place, easy to get to. Very easy to work with if you call and talk to them. Reasonable prices (similar to most storage units in the area).

Amanda was very helpful and professional and straight forward. Hwy 14 Self Storage of Eagle Lake provided the best service from start to finish. I got my refund back at the end without hassle . Knowledgeable and very safe and secure atmosphere. Very happy! hope to do business in the future again.

Joke of a company, contracts unclear, management is unorganized and non responsive. Key was returned one day late and whole security deposit was taken away.
