The store hours are 9 am to 9pm M-F. I walked to this store to peruse and buy a couple things while my fiancé was at his appointment. I was surprised when the lights were on inside but the automatic doors would not open. It is now 9:11 am. I don’t know what is going on with this store but I find it unprofessional to have hours posted yet the store is not open. I will continue to do my shopping elsewhere.

Service sucks. I think I stood at the registers for ten minutes before someone even noticed I was in the store and checked me out... need more employees or better employees!!!

Terrible time to not have the store open. Holiday time! Great sales……but never open! It has been closed 4 out of the 5 times I have been able to go! One of the times it was open from 11:00 - 2:00. I sure hope it gets figured out soon!

The last 3 times I’ve tried to go into the store they’ve been closed and had a sign saying “unexpected changes in staffing” meaning everyone quit. Super frustrating that you advertise you’re open when not!
