I’m moving down the road from my current apartment and the land lord won’t let me move stuff in early. I stopped at kato storage to inquire about a storage unit. Immediately the front desk person called somebody out of their office to talk about their storage units. The manager Proceeds to mention the security of Security of the units they have. Standard stuff. Except when in 3 sentence he told me I would get caught sleeping out there. I work during the day and told them I would have to move most of my stuff at night. He continued to insinuate I’m homeless. Super rude and made me feel like crap.

Book with Caution ⚠️. They did an interstate move for us. We followed all the instructions given by their rep. But they took it upon themselves to remove items from our furniture and put in boxes. All of my husband clothing in his chest were lost, stollen missing. Antique items just put on the truck in zero wrapping, box or blanket. Garden items missing. Despite several calls and photos. They refused to acknowledge there responsibility for their actions. Notice. Don't sign any !!! Documents at delivery. Make the driver and staff wait till you check and unbox everything. The boxes they packed were just dumped in boxes.

Great experience with Kato Moving and Storage! As a first-timer with professional movers, I was impressed beyond expectations. Bob was fantastic at calming any nerves upfront, and the entire crew deserves a shoutout: Jesse, Doug, Maven, Chip, Max, Dylan, and Dave. They were genuinely upbeat, professional, and hardworking. Ten out ten would recommend kato moving and storage! They helped us move into our new office location and they were so accommodating to all our needs. They were so polite and had a positive attitude throughout the whole process! From booking all the way to the end of the move the process was very smooth!

Such an easy moving experience. During a stressful time, they were fast, friendly, and very affordable. Special thanks to Syrell, Nate, and Keenan(?). They were careful, upbeat, and super accommodating during the moving dates. There was one minor piece missed but the issue was remedied very quickly. Definitely recommend! Thank you Kato Moving!
