Where are the cash registers? Where are the employees?
I went in to do an Amazon return at customer service which was straight forward only because I’d done it before. But there were no signs to show where to go.
Because I got a coupon to shop for that day only, I decided to look for some clothes I needed. I found them but they were wired up on the rack to keep people from stealing them, but it also kept me from grabbing them so I could purchase them. So I started looking for a nearby employee but there was no one. I walked past three more departments but still no one. Then I realized that I hadn’t seen any checkout lines along the way (except where I returned the item) so even if I found someone to unlock the piece of clothing, where would I pay for it?
The store layout is confusing to a fault. And with the item I wanted to purchase being locked up and no one being around to help me, I just left. I don’t see myself going back.

They come in between 2 and 4 A.M.!!! WAKES ME UP AND ANOTHER HOUR SENDS ONE AND AGAIN WAKES ME UP AGAIN!!!! I have blocked your emails and I may block your store!! I need my phone near me for alarms. Please adjust when you send out information!!!

Ordered an item on the site on 1/1 and the email confirmation stated that it would be ready for pick up between 1/7-1/9. As of today (1/9) this item is still sitting in fulfilment and has not shipped to the store for pickup. I contacted the chat and was told that they could not check the order status on the online webchat. I was then told to call the store, so I did and was told they can not help me. I have had better customer service from Temu! If I didn't have their stupid Kohls Cash I wouldn't have even bought the item from them. Lesson learned. Unless you are ready to wait for forever for your items, don't order anything from Kohls.

I had a just purchased from this location and when my husband asked for me if they have military discount, the woman (who has worked for kohls for 20 years) said that it's only available one day out of the week. so it was fine, then a young woman came up and helped us with getting the security tag off. My husband just wanted a second opinion so he asked her also. Then the older woman decided to get rude and question my husband on if he didnt believed her. And honestly he just wanted to just double check. Then what really set me off to write this review is that the older woman asked if we had a DD 214 card. Like excuse me! I have my military ID that I got when my dad served this country as a sergeant with front line infantry for 5 years! Like how dare you ask about that and proceeded to ask for us to show proof... for what? I wasn't getting the discount anyway because it was not the military day. Absolutely never going there again! Just down right disrespectful!

Watch out with the percent off coupons...they've now extended what does not qualify. I bought several clearance items (including a lamp with no shade) and was told after they were rung up that they didn't qualify for the discount! (And no, it wasn't Nike, etc) I also was 16 cents short of getting additional Kohls cash, however no one called it to my attention or encouraged me to purchase something additional to make me qualify.

Went to my local Kohl's to make an Amazon return...that was the easiest return I ever made! And they even gave me a % off coupon to shop with! Definitely a winning situation for me!
