Tyler, Susan, Nathan, and a few others whose names I cant remember all are incredibly kind individuals who will go out of their way to service you. Every worker i have encountered here has been incredibly kind. I have stood in line and watched these people get screamed at by intolerable individuals. These workers are working for you and are trying their best. I have seen some workers tear up and its heartbreaking please treat these people more kindly. They deserve better! Respect goes both ways lets help them help us. My grandmother has had help filling her gas when she didnt know how by these guys, if i bring up an issue they will fix it in front of me and make it right. We all have hard days, lets not make it harder for each other 💪💯

Susan, the very unique individual that works night shift will keep you waiting for 15-20 mins. She fails to let you know you have to swipe this card before that card & then expects you to know that. When she ruined the register, she then blamed ME for not knowing i must swipe this card before that card. ( even tho she’s the one who took training classes at kwik trip university ). The only nice thing I have to say about my experience this NYE, is that when she blamed me for HER mess up at the register, she did it with a smile. “Team Member since 2021, but can’t work the register to save her life. GO SUSAN!”⭐️
ps… of course ima still go here, the mac n cheese is bomb. but i will be not voting susan as customer representative of the year👎🏻

Kwik Trips are typically good but this one's car wash is fantastic! It has a choice of touch-free or brush. It used sensors to follow the shape of your car to properly wash it.

Late night employee, Alex is very rude. Making passive agressive comments instead of proving customer service. I apologize my low IQ affects him so much, I'll make sure he does not have to experience it in the future.

Kwik Trip is the place to go for milk, butter, eggs, bread, bananas, onions, and sometimes they have some good deals on donuts.

Absolutely disgusting! Bathrooms were nasty, garbage overflowing everywhere! Said something to the lead and was told there under staffed but I saw 4 employees doing nothing but chatting! Poor management!
