Purchased a full reconditioning for my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. We arrived after Lagers had closed for the day(they closed early as we arrived at 4:50 and they were closed) and upon inspection of the vehicle, I notice the back passenger door had not been cleaned at all and there was visible dust/gravel still on the door next to the window. There was also dry water marks all over the dash and windows. Overall, not impressed. When we purchased a "Full Recon", I figured it would be very clean and similar to any of the cars on the used lot. Not even close. I will not be going back or recommending this service to anyone. Really a waste of $260.

The staff are awesome. Desiree and the whole team are really great and have made my experiences there even better than they have been in the past. Prices are reasonable and they're quite quick with services. The updates to the waiting area have been welcome and a few more would be great.

Asked for hand wash only on my truck and they ran it through the brush and ruined my ceramic caotin on my new truck. Beware and don't take your truck there. No black vehicles

Brought my vehicle for a total reconditioning and they didn't do the job right, had to bring it in a second time for them to finish cleaning it and still wasn't completely done
