Every time we go we get what we asked for. Everyone there is nice, they do good work. Of the nail salons in the area I've found they have the best pedicures as well.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with reaching them by phone? I get one ring, a pause and a click (repeatedly when I call). This has been happening for almost 3 months now. I have reported it to them each time I stop by to make an appointment!

Friendly and so accommodating. We showed them pics of what we wanted and they made magic happen. Reasonably priced as well. Great experience!

You know I had a five star review. I have been going there for 14 years now. However, every time I come, they don’t even show any kind of acknowledgment. I’ve even given a $50 tips. The last time I came, they cut my toenails wrong on my pedicure and I have been dealing with, the worst kind of pain ever with my ingrown toenails including an infection had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. You know they’ve gotten so big with so many clientele it’s not the same. I won’t be back which is too bad. Happy that they’re making that money. I used to brag about them. Had to go to allure nails, who did a fantastic job and after months of pain, agonizing pain finally have relief. Bless their hearts.

Stylist: I don't know what the name of the girl who did my pedicure was but she was a very young girl and I showed her my feet and asked if she could fix them and she said she'd try. Let me tell you, this girl worked miracles, I'm very happy with the results and couldn't have asked for anything better. The nail technician did a great job too. The entire salon was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

I just got home from getting my nails done and I’m honestly so happy with my nails and the service. It was my first time going there and I’m truly so happy. I had such a great experience and im definitely going back again!

Edit to add: it’s been 3 days and my dip manicure is already chipping on 7 out of 10 fingers.
Had an appointment and went there only to end up waiting about 30 mins for someone to begin to help me. They moved me multiple times from chair to chair for no reason.
The place feels unsanitary. Children running around screaming & without shoes on, an older employee was also there walking around with no shoes on.
The man who did my nails had a kid next to him that was being rude to the customers and mocking them. The guy took a break from doing my nails to make food for the kid to get him to be quiet. Then the kid began stuffing his face with food so fast he almost choked. It’s disrespectful to sit your child to eat next to a paying customer.
There were multiple dirty dishes sitting around of half eaten food, which was disgusting.
I’m all for bringing your kids to work but it’s not ok for them to be bothering the customers. There was also Family drama going on at the same time, etc. just an uncomfortable space. I wanted to leave so bad but my nails were halfway done. I’m honestly surprised that this place is licensed.
The manicure felt rushed and 3 crucial steps were missed(cuticles, filing & shaping) which matters because nail prep is the key to a long lasting manicure.
I only stopped here because I was in the area and no other salons had time that day. I’m glad my area has better salons.

I don't leave a bad review unless service and products are REALLY bad. They were really bad. Didn't clean anything out from under my acrylics, left them jagged so they kept getting caught on everything, and just didn't listen to anything I said I wanted. She was on her phone screaming in my face the entire time, and had her bare feet through the footrest and into my space.
It all really depends on which tech you get (I saw one doing amazing work), but it's too expensive of a gamble honestly :/
