I've never in my entire life felt like a good or service was worth so much less than what was charged. $700 for a physical exam and urine test. You cannot make it up. Dr.Anderson is great but clearly the owners of this establishment care about 1 thing. Its not your health. Its not your wellness. It's your money. Simply disgusted. Unjustifiable. Surely hope this is a billing error but if not I'd rather die than give this place another penny. (Review pending/subject to change until billing is final).

I love my doctor at Mankato clinic but the billing department is financially unethical. Received an almost $300 bill after my yearly physical due to being billed for outpatient services. When called and asked they tried to say meds not prescribed by my primary doctor was the reason. Then meds I’ve been on for almost 20 years. Then meds she took me off of and a short discussion about weight. I did not bring up these issues and the run around for billing is disgusting. I was told meds I am on was for a reason I was not. While I love my doctor after this billing issue I will probably switch.
Do better. This is why so many people do not see doctors and get healthcare they need and deserve.
I can only imagine what my insurance was billed that isn’t true.

My experience (I have been there 5x, having moved from the West Coast) in 2022 has been very good. If you are looking for a general practitioner, this is a great option. Conveniently located for everyone in N. Mankato. Close parking, nice facility. Doing labs is a TOTAL piece of cake, very easy. As is paying your bill (if you have one). I've not had any issues. All the front desk staff and nurses (and I have seen most of them on my visits) have been professional and kind. Dr. Andrew Miller is a very good doc. Knowledgeable, patient, and listens to your concerns and questions closely.

Only good things to say about this clinic. Moved over from Wickersham campus as it is closer to home. Staff, nurses, and Dr. Miller are very nice and gave a great treatment plan.

Exceptional and caring staff, efficient and very sanitary. This is the best run physicians office ever! From the front desk to triage to the Dr’s to the lab….you are in great hands!Searching for a new GP? Dr Sorenson is very wise and diligent with an excellent bedside manor.

It’s refreshing to know a dental professional who is so passionate about what he does and how he cares for his patients

Dr. Sorenson is a terrible person and Dr. She is uncaring, short sighted and has no patience. He lack of empathy and disregard have made me feel very helpless and felt worse then before I came for help. She should be reconsidered for a new career.

I would give this place NEGATIVE STARS if I could. This clinic is by-far the most financially unethical clinic I have ever been to. ASK ABOUT PRICES BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!!!! They will charge you exactly $486 just to MEET your doctor... and even more shocking, when you have an issue with that fact, they shrug their shoulders and claim they're "being competitive with other clinics".

They are extremely redundant and still mess everything up somehow! They really don't welcome transplants with open arms I guess? It's more important to have a good doctor on your team and I hope that is the case. So far so good! But what's with asking about my alcohol usage so much especially when my answer remains the same. I rarely drink at all for one AND I am of legal age to consume shall I please. Additionally, should I ever encounter any issue in this area I would also consult the proper assistance as well. How about fix the issues I bring to you first then inquire repeatedly!!!

The physician I saw at this clinic is two faced. She wants me to take care of myself, but i can't afford the doctor Bill's and medication (diabetic medications). They tell you it's your fault your not taking care of yourself (medical neglect). It's actually the other way around from my position. They are the danger to others and possibly themselves (suicide rate by mental health physicians). The medications they prescribe have side effects, and are considered a danger to others (even if it's a 1% rate, it's still a health factor). These mad scientists need to test their own drugs. Diabetic for 34 years and I'm still on my feet by not taking their DRUGS. I'm taking better care of myself by not taking their advice.

I can't believe how they can be so rude and uncaring in their field. I switched from Mayo because they charged me $124 for when my Doctor retired, and when my new Doctor quit, they were going to charge me again! I never had a prescription issue. Well, for the first time. There was "no refills" on my ulcer med. I didn't catch it until I was down to one pill. I call them and I was told in a very snotty tone "our policy is 24-48 hours to get them signed" I told her that my ucler didn't really care about their policy and I was told to bad!! There is zero decent medical help in this town!!!!

Made an appointment over the phone like we should. Went to site, followed signs saying drive thru tent testing. After a long wrap around the way was blocked at the end, and a nurse was waving at me from the front doors. No one changed the signs, no one though to block the FRONT of the approach. Then they say, just park and come in for testing. Defeating the whole purpose and reason for drive thru testing. Increasing risk of accidental exposure if the test would come back negative.
