Mankato Heights Plaza offers a nice variety of shops and is super convenient, with stores like Michaels for crafting and art supplies, 5below for fun gadgets, and Dollar Tree. The plaza has a good big open parking lot, is near a bus stop and a Wells Fargo, and provides good sunset views. However, traffic and people crossing can make pulling in a little tight, and some note that no one drives safely through the lot. A downside is that property management is not keeping up with maintenance, with issues like deteriorating bricks leaving gravel on sidewalks and trash not being taken care of. Overall, it is a good plaza with good shopping stores.

    Very busy strip mall. Several trendy stores with a few mainstays. Good dining choices available also.

    It's a fun little stripe mall. There a 5 below, TJ Maxx, famous footwear, ultra and a few other stores.

    Went to TQ Nails. Love this place. They do an excellent job on pedicures.
