Had a small scuff on the truck I bought there last year. Wanted to check to make sure the paint had not been damaged. They buffed it to look and didnt charge for the quick help. Great customer service for your clients!

Renae was amazing keep us updated daily. All questions were answered. Buying a vehicle was so easy with everyone, never pushy. Called after the purchase to see if everything was good. Took my granddaughter mankato ve to buy a car she got a 2019 ford edge she also. Bought the extended warranty from them
She has been having issues with this vehicle since she got it the dealership is not very helpful giving her the runaround that she needs to take it ford dealership she did not buy it from ford dealership it needs some significant work done the problem was there from day one they should responsible for this but they are just giving her the walk around the bush to avoid there responsibly for this vehicle .

Me and my daughter went there to purchase a used vehicle. Test drove a vehicle was a decent priced. When I test drove the vehicle it was shaking when I applied the brakes went back in a couple days and they fixed it and It ran like a champ. Recommend these guys.

I have bought every one of my cars from this dealership for the past 45 years. Went to ask questions at the VW service desk about failed phone connection and body work. The red headed service guy was SO rude and condescending that I will not go back. He did not have a name tag on. He reluctantly helped with the phone after announcing that it wasn't his job to help with this. Sent me to the other facility for my other question. Cannot emphasize enough how rude he was. Toyota s are in my future.

We have done a lot of business with Mankato Motors, and most recently a routine maintenance. We were supposed to receive $100 towards the service however it was overlooked at check out. No problem, one call to Jason Hall and he kept true to the Mankato Motor tradition of taking care of the customer and got our $100 credit.

Had a great buying experience. I wanted to get into an electric Nissan. Jordan helped me out and I got a great car at a great price. He helped me learn the product features and the details of the trade. Very happy with the entire experience. I would recommend Mankato Motors generally, and Jordan Richtsmeier specifically. He is a straight shooter.

The website allows us to schedule an oil change in the service center at the Chevy dealer. Received confirmation text of appt scheduled. Showed up for scheduled appointment at 9am to be told it is first come first serve only with approximately 8 cars ahead of us. Should not have the option on the website to schedule if its not going to be honored when you arrive.

I was a return customer. Couldn't get my salesperson to return any of my messages. Instead I went to Belzer. Traded in 2 vehicles including a 2019 Silverado with all the bells and whistles and under 20,000 miles and bought new.
