On February 14th, I brought my car to midas to have my tire looked at because I was losing 5-10 lbs a day. I dropped it off at 9:50..my appointment was at 10. I hadn't heard from them by 1:30. I had to call them to find out what was going on. They told me nothing was wrong with my tire. They filled the tire and overfilled my other tires. I spent the entire weekend after still losing air. I brought my car to a different shop in Faribault because obviously there was something wrong with the tire. Turns out there was a nail in it that Midas missed.
I will not be bringing my car back to them. If this is their quality if vehicle care, I don't trust the mechanical comentency to care for my safety.

Midas of Mankato has excellent service all the way around! Quality service from their techs and top notch customer service as well. I also appreciate the text with a link to the service notes and pictures of what was done. The waiting area has comfortable seating with charging stations and complimentary beverages. Highly recommend Midas of Mankato!

I have the highest of praise for the Mankato Midas! I stopped in without an appointment and was truly amazed that they were able to get my car fixed and back on the road in just over 3 hours. They went above and beyond to accommodate me while the repair was being done! From the young man at the front desk to the store manager, I can't thank you enough! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, affordable and highly recommended!

I've been to this location many times now. I've always been helped quickly, treated fairly and received a good deal. On my most recent visit, the staff helped me prioritize the repair work I needed to get done to help me put my hard-earned money where it was most needed. Thanks, Mankato Midas. I'll be back again.

I had a great experience here! The front desk/customer service was amazing. Straight forward, professional, and friendly. Gaige was really easy to work with and knowledgeable. I had to get parts ordered for my muffler but he was able to get me in the morning it came with a short wait. He called me within an hour of dropping off my car told me what was wrong (with pictures), estimated wait time, and price. Had some exhaust work done and I can say I am so happy with a much quieter car and also no exhaust smell!! First time taking my car into a shop and I can say I will be back if something needs to be fixed again. Thanks for the great service :)

I regularly used to take my car there for repairs but then I stopped because of what I feel was miscommunication issues that resulted in my car breaking. Then Mark, Manager told under new ownership did a customer satisfaction service on my son’s vehicle. This time completely different story, first of all he had detailed explanation form diagnosis to repairs as to what is going on, what needed to be fixed and what was their recommendation. I thought I would give them another chance as I really do think they are decent people just was bad experience before. I am very truly impressed and happy and we could literally tell the difference. I am glad I trusted my intuition and went back. Thank you Mark

My tire got a nail in it. They saw us with no notice and still got us in within a reasonable amount of time and helped us out. Very good service.
