The worst state agency I have ever had to deal with. Their emails are just short of being outright rude.They set you up for failure when applying for energy assistance.I applied September 17th 2023 for energy assistance. They responded by email around Jan. 15 2024, demanding paystubs... not screenshots of the paystubs!!!Even though my former employer only sent digital paystubs.I am sure they are aware of this because it is 2024 not 1924.Who actually gets paper-checks anymore?I hope who ever is in charge of energy assistance gets a review or fired for sabotaging me and other people. As I have heard the same from many people, as if they purposely do not want to help you.

Got approved and Passed The Screening For the Homeless Prevention program with Tonya through Nicollet MvacWas told to find housing and Call backTransferred to speak with Samantha, Chelsea, and Amy and they were All Very rude and MisleadingI called And They purposely ignored my phone calls for days to weeksMaking smart remarks and Expressing joy to get me Off the Phone, very unprofessional and I was Afraid to even call back the way they treated meI somehow Got denied after being accepted into the Program and They were unclear whyJust told me "You can figure it out yourself"I have and provided Proof of all My funds, Housing and bills even after Spending all my Money To fix My car these ladies Were very rude spoke Over me and Did Not Give me a ChanceIf Anyone Has Had Similar experience please speak Up

A great thrift shop with a lot of items. Not that easy to find the clothes you want but you can find some treasures in there with name brands. Large selection of kitchen items, decor, books, shoes, toys, sports stuff and you can try things on in the dressing room to see if it's the right fit!
