Extremely disappointed and seriously baffled by our attempt to visit your shop with my 6 family members today. When the employee was told that there was a long blonde hair in my daughter’s ice cream, I was told that I needed to Purchase a 2nd Cup because they were a “Small Business”. I repeated myself because I couldn’t believe she wouldn’t just apologize and get my daughter a New cup. She repeated herself multiple times.
How is this even a possible way to respond to someone when you yourself are NOT wearing a hat or hairnet?!
Unbelievable ridiculous service or lack there of.

The ice cream is always tasty! Staff are always super nice too! They have lids in case you don't want to eat the ice cream right(how could you not though ?) and they have lactose intolerant flavors too! There's canned pop and they can make floats with on-tap 1919. Best ice cream in town!

such good ice cream for such little price. they have several dairy free options which makes my lactose intolerant self really happy. most places only offer one or two. such a nice and cheaper alternative to coldstone.

Building was clean, has an outdoor area and indoor seating area. Hand washing station. Two CLEAN bathrooms. Free water station. Great place for a cold treat.

We went there. A young man with bright red hair. Was dishing ice cream and was leaning in alto the cooler . His hair was getting in to the food. When I asked where his hat or hair net was. They said that there was nothing wrong with what he was doing and didn't see a problem. We walked out and went to Culver's.
