Very clean and neat inside and out. Has an elevator. Three floors total. Very quiet. A/C worked great in our room. Lots of channels on the tv to choose from. Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, muffins, fruit,applesauce,pop tarts. Coffee is free all day long. We stayed on a Friday night and for under $90.00 you can’t beat the price for this hidden gem of a hotel. Don’t believe all the bad reviews. We are definitely staying here again. Staff is amazing.

The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly the grab and go breakfast was OK. There was no pool, which was not a surprise, but overall I would recommend the facility. It was close to the bike trail, gas station for snacks, and not too far from the local mall.

Our mens fastpitch softball team recently stayed here for 10 nights. My players were skeptical of staying at a Motel 6 and I assured them that I had extensively looked into their reviews and they were good. They certainly lived up to their reviews and more. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. This place is far from an ordinary Motel 6. If we ever play in Mankato again we will definitely stay here. And I’d like to give a special shout-out to the manager, Dawn. She rocks! This place is a very well run establishment!

Shawna and the hotel manager are seriously THE BEST. Had a small mishap with one of the employees, and the manager was so kind about it. Had a great stay and most of the staff was super friendly and kind. Clean rooms, safe space, quiet, couldn’t say anything better! Huge thank you for the manager taking care of things for me, would definitely return.

Very clean room and surprisingly big shower! The bed was comfy and I slept very well. The staff is friendly and love that it’s dog friendly!

Stopped for three nights during a road trip from AK to NY. The hotel was incredibly clean and far cuter than I ever thought a Motel 6 could be. But the best bit was the staff. I had my somewhat anxious dog with me and, by the end of the three nights, she would just walk up to the staff members with a “hiya friend, it’s time for you to give me some back scratches.” And everyone broke out in smiles when she did. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Place was super clean. Pretty sure its the cleanest hotel I have stayed in a long time. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was simple, but at least there was something.
-While the rooms were super clean they lacked a couple necessities such as an alarm clock, hair dryer, and a pen. They left me a comment card in the room, but i couldn't comment because I had no pen. I normally don't forget my hair dryer but this time I did. Thankfully it was summer so it was warmer and my hair could air dry. I liked the modern feel of the room.

My mom and I stayed at the hotel while visiting my sister. The rooms were VERY clean and extremely comfortable. I love the no carpet floors as they are so much cleaner than carpeting. The interior looks brand new! I love the walk in shower we had! The corner booth next to the table was so comfortable for watching TV. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm in Mankato. In addition I was able to meet the owner who was so gracious and informative! Don't let the Hotel 6 branding fool you! Unlimited coffee all day long in the lobby!!

We stayed at this location for our son's baseball tournament in Mankato. Motel 6's seem to get a bad rep for being run down and dirty most other places, but let me tell you, this location is the exception. Check in was incrediblely easy, everyone we encountered working there was super helpful and very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was easy to find. If you want to save some money and have a nice stay, I would definitely recommend it.
